Kidney xanthogranoloma Kidney becomes bigger than normal. Cross sectioned Kidney shows dilatation of renal calyces and pelvis. At calyces show multiple irregular yellow masses usually associated with Xanthogranulomatous inflammation. A serosal part found collection of purulent exudates called perinephric abscess.
