Uterus tubulo-ovarian (adhesion cervix uterus) Tubulo-ovarian abscess commonly caused by Neisseris gonorrhoeae infection. Gross picture shows fallopian tube and ovary fusion, becoming a large mass. The cross sectioned view of mass shows cavitation filled with pus and necrotic tissue inside. at serosal part show purulent exudate.
