P066 Small Intestine- Gangrene
คำอธิบายชิ้นเนื้อ
Small Intestine-Gangrene Gangrenous necrosis is a type of necrosis that results from ischemia (inadequate blood supply) superimposed with bacterial infection. This specimen of the small intestine shows thickening of the luminal wall and (A2) necrotic section of the small intestine as shown in dark red/black color resulting from massive hemorrhage. Sections of non-necrotic tissue can be seen at both ends of the gross specimen (normal) and presence of (A1) mesenteric fat differentiates the small intestine from large intestine.
