Testis-Tuberculosis Extrapulmonary infection with tuberculosis (TB) can be seen in this specimen of infected testis. The testis is enlarged. Both sides of the testis are infected. The infected lesion contains a characteristic whitish-yellow lesion called caseous necrosis that has a semi-solid consistency when squeezed thus the common description of cheese-like appearance.
