Lung fibrosis bronchiectasis Gross shows severely dilated bronchi and bronchiole (bronchiectasis) and multiple abscess in bronchus and lung tissue. A serosal part found a thickening fibrous capsule. Also found dissemination of fibrotic tissue and multiple focal black pigmentation (antracosis) throughout the lung field.
