Lymph node- Anaplastic large cell carcinoma Normal lymph node has light brown coloration. This specimen contains abnormal infiltration of whitish-yellow lesion within the organ causing enlargement of the lymph node (normal lymph node approximately 1 cm in length). Most common lymph node cancers are anaplastic cells type that results from distant metastasis to the lymph node.
