Gall bladder acute cholecystitis Gross shows edematous and thickening gallbladder wall, inside of lumen contain purulent exudate, clothing and necrotic tissue, in some part of gallbladder wall are striking blackish color representing gangrenous necrosis and some part of wall show thickening whitish wall represent fibrosis caused by chronic inflammatory response.
