Liver cholangiocarcinoma This gross specimen of the liver shows enlargement of the organ with cystic dilatation of intrahepatic bile ducts. Cross section of normal liver shows homogeneous light brown consistency while the abnormal lesion (entire left hepatic lobe) shows white lesion with ill-defined and irregular border with central necrotic areas.
